grew up with the "golden guides" as a lad, had at least a dozen; stars, insects, birds, etc. only logical that this title should appear to help me with my collegiate academics. as a former employee of a very large publisher, i enjoy imagining the editorial, sales and marketing meetings that must have gone into the creation of this informative and stimulating title. they don't make 'em like this anymore, sadly.
