The best way to use this e-book is to either mount or extract the .iso on to your hard drive (~55MB) and open the file PATH\MONTGOMERY\e-book\PQ220-6234F.FM.pdf This way you can view the book in chapter and link form.
There are also 2 sets of solutions. One was included with the e-book which provides just the solution - while the other I have included provides the solution AND the work needed to achieve the solution.
