I'm kind of happy that The Mirror`s storyline has been wrapped up, but it never really felt like the villain had any consequence. He kind of unravelled as he fell, and ended up being a pretty open-and-shut beat-down.
I suppose its point was to mix in a healthy amount of personal exposition with the rest of the book, considering the emotional weight of the next character arc. This was done well, but I can't really help but feel that the Mirror was just a plot device to get us to this point.
Like I'll explain below, the character development in this issue wasn't bad, and Babs' interactions with her roomie aren't terrible. I'd love to see a little bit more commissioner Gordon, and the nature of the mysterious "clinic" that's mentioned partway through the book seems to be a bit muddled; they'd kind of be important to the new, important Barbara Gordon, no?
