Batman is at the Gotham City Shipyard to rescue a hostage. Using stealth, Batman quickly takes out the henchmen. After freeing the boy, Batman is attacked by a mutated Killer Croc who wants the ransome money to cure his condition. Batman realizes that Killer Croc is not smart enough to pull off this stunt and that someone eles is behind this. After a long fight, Batman defeated Killer Croc and let the FBI takeover. During Batman's fight, the money was stolen.
Batman takes off and finds that Catwoman has taken the money. This too puzzles Batman because ripping off someone else, isn't her style. After chasing Catwoman for awhile, Batman's batrope is cut by someone and he falls to his death.
At Gotham Tower Apartments, Catwoman brings the money to Poison Ivy who appears to be controlling her. For no man or woman can deny want Pamela asks for. With money in her hand, Ivy figures out something about Selina Kyle....
