It took many people a lot of effort to persuade me to write the story of my last four years. But having finally decided to do it, I also decided that it had to be the full, unabridged, 'warts and all' honest truth.
So that's what this is. It was a tough one to write, as it took a lot of nerve to re-live some of the episodes, but hopefully it will prove worth it.
The bottom line here is that I regard myself as a pretty ordinary guy, so if I can do this, anyone can. So if you are wondering about trying to achieve something in your life, let me give you my insight, and hopefully a little boost along your own journey. But be prepared to come with me on the whole ride... and don't look at the pictures too soon either side of your next meal!
