Marvel Zombies Supreme had a brief rebound in its sophomore issue, but at this point it seems the series is destined to go down in history as one of the more forgettable additions to the franchise. As usual, the black humor that defined earlier projects is too subdued. The characters generally feel too hollow or underdeveloped to hold the reader's attention for long. There are occasional bouts of grotesque pleasure to be had as the Squadron members make use of their powers in the pursuit of flesh, but these come too few and far between.
