Phazer follows the story of scientist Mark Moreno, the victim of a sabotaged experiment with alien technology. As a result of the accidental exposure to unknown energies he uncontrollably shifts through time and alternate realities where his altered molecular structure manifests different super powers on each new world he lands upon. That's only the beginning, as he soon finds himself hunted by a shape-shifting alien with a single purpose - to kill Phazer!
