The story in Shadow Reavers is a basic good magicians vs bad warlock plot and as usual the fate of the entire world hangs in the balance. Our heroes are Exile, who鈥檚 power seems to be a bunch of knowledge about arcane stuff and how to fight them, Golem is a resurrected dead body that doesn鈥檛 speak but does kickass, and the witch Helen, with powers that the book only hints at. They are opposing the evil warlock Lord Vigil and his pack of shape-shifting werecreatures / assorted monsters, etc.
