Personal Notes here... This is easily one of my favorite five books of all time and the ONLY one I have not been able to find uploaded in the past three years. And Amazon.com stubbornly refuses to publish it themselves... SO, I took the last several weeks (off and on, of course), scanning each page individually and then meticulously pouring over the scanned RTF document to find any and all errors. If you do find an error, please PM me so I can fix it.
The files in this torrent are Calibre ready as I used this program to do all the converting. I included EPUB for iPads, MOBI formatted for Kindle Fire, PDF, DOCX, and RTF formats. I used Times New Roman font at 12 point with 15 point spacing between the lines of the paragraphs. The Chapter headings are at Times New Roman 20 point with single spacing.
