The three major crews, Slim’s, The Fuentes’ and Bone’s have collaborated to quell the violence and make more of a profit as they run Chi-town. They are purchasing their products from a Russian kingpin, but when greed and lust rears its ugly head, peace and money making is threatened. Changes in Slim and Lucky’s life has them realizing that love and life has a lot to offer, and decide that they are going to set up all of their friends to get out of the game. Slim’s captain Reese has a different plan. He’s a gangster and has no plan of leaving the streets.
LaTanza is still ruthless, and with her husband Carlos in jail she’s masterminding a takeover of the Midwest, but when dealing with the Russian mob the Chicago hustlers find that the Russian leader, Dmitri Sokolov, can be as cold and ruthless as the Siberian winter.
