鈥淚t is not one of the mindless books you read for stress relief, but rather an intriguing story with plots, twists, and yes, love. I felt the characters were well fleshed out and I felt a deep connection with two of them throughout the story. I don't want to give away any crucial information but I will say that at some point I was absolutely shocked and horrified. 鈥淭his was a HIT!! I loved this book and the characters in it. Luc was a very well written Alpha male, very gruff but with a sweet side only for Robbie. I loved how you saw their relationship develop from the age of 12 up into their 20's. I really got into this story and had an amazingly hard time putting it down. Of course what's a romance without a bit of conflict? The author handled Payten's character wonderfully. I loved the edge she brought to the story.鈥?-- Erin
