At one time, Butcher Baker was the preeminent and supreme, All-American superhero. Now he's a ladies man and a man that takes orders from no one, well only when it suits his purposes. This mature-reader book features retired superhero Butcher Baker being hired back into active duty by... well, by Jay Leno and Dick Cheney [analogues]. The mission: the American taxpayers are sick and tired of paying for room, board and three meals a day for all the notorious supervillains Baker had taken in years before, so find some way to take them out of the picture once and for all. And so, Baker heroically sets to bombing the prison containing said villains into the ground..
