It's a pretty good guide, and it's been working pretty well for both him and I for a few weeks now. I'd definitely give it a try. I've read a few books like this before, but this one's definitely the best. It condenses the method into only a few pages, and pretty much walks you through step by step. My roommate says it's the best investment he's ever made. Little does he know I paid $497 less than he did!!
