Just as the girls begin working as a team, a new threat destroys everything! Can they reunite in time 鈥?or will this be the end of the Sirens? Poison Ivy finds out about a mysterious plant alien known as the Alstairean. At her new position at Gotham City, S.T.A.R. Labs.
The origin of the Alstairean is given and the story is too much for Ivy to resist as she soon revitalizes the Alien. He is able to manipulate her and the two of them plan to take over the world starting with Gotham City. It is up to Harley Quinn and Catwoman to save her from the Alstairean but she may not want to be saved.
Also in this issue is a four page preview of the Green Lantern: Emerald Warriors series. The Preview is of book one of the series. DC Comics has done this a lot lately and the same preview is in several DC books that came out this month.
