JLI is one of those teams I've always had a soft spot for. I love seeing these C-List characters come together as a team. Characters that usually are just doing cameos in bigger books. I'm a pretty big Booster Gold fan, so it's nice to see him "leading" a team of other meta-humans. Aside from that, this is the perfect jump-on point for anyone who's ever been interested in any of the characters on the cover.
