We still haven't received our item...Ordered on August 30...due to receive it anytime from Sept 2 to 22...now October 2...e-mailed the shipper on Sept. 25...haven't received any response...filed a claimed for refund with amazon.com...the item is no longer needed and needs to be refunded. very disappointed with the whole process!
