This is a siterip of the first 25 pages of Scoundrel! The Secret Memoirs of General James Wilkinson. Written very much in the George MacDonald Fraser style, it is being advertised as "the American Flashman". It purports to be the "secret" memoirs of real-life scoundrel and traitor James Wilkinson, who was commanding general of the U.S. Army from 1797 to 1812, and at the same time, a traitor in the pay of Spain which was trying desperately to block American expansion into their western territories.
