In 2040, Ivan Apelsinov, a former writer of science fiction and the present Russian dictator who had an unusual vision: he was supposed to awaken the spirit of Genghis Khan and his Golden Horde, to create an empire that would extend from the Pacific to the Atlantic Ocean. But for this to intelligence agencies must find the body of the latest reincarnation of Genghis Khan. Their path crosses with a mystical search for Chechen survivor after a nuclear strike.
