Some of the art was very Hellboy-ish, and I enjoyed every minute of it. If there's anyone who knows how to draw Nazis, it's Mike Mignola. The artists really captured the atmosphere of a 1940's comic book; a little too optimistic to be true, but still creepy enough to inspire fear.
I really liked the paradox that the team faced in this issue; sure, the bad guy could die, but that'd mean the Thunderbolts might not get created! Amazing stuff.
