I found one of these books at a teacher store close to where I live, and it is so wonderful that I decided to buy other grade levels as well to challenge my high level readers and support my struggling readers.
In my opinion, these books are a great resource for teachers or parents. I use them mostly for fluency practice, but I love the books because they have so many passages from all types of genres including fiction and non-fiction. The passages do line up with course of study standards, and there are three comprehension questions for each passage. My students have learned a lot of new information from reading these passages.
